Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shelfie and related online services operated by Stelmar Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Shelfie — Snap it. List it. Sell it. From shelf to sale. The app helps you photograph items, generate listing drafts with AI, manage inventory, and copy content to third-party marketplaces. The service is provided for personal resale workflows. Features may change during beta.

Accounts and sign-in

You may create and access a Shelfie account with Sign in with Apple, a mobile phone number (one-time SMS verification), or both. You can link additional sign-in methods in Settings while signed in so either method opens the same account and inventory.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID, device, and phone number secure. Do not share verification codes. If you lose access to a sign-in method, contact support or use another method already linked to your account.

Shelfie Plus subscriptions

Shelfie Plus is an auto-renewing in-app subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account settings. Deleting your Shelfie account does not cancel the App Store subscription.

Free accounts may use a limited number of AI listing drafts per month. Plus removes that cap while the subscription (or a complimentary grant) is active. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app in addition to these Terms.

SMS messaging program

Shelfie may send one-time SMS verification codes when you sign in with a mobile phone number or link a phone number in Settings. By entering your number, agreeing to the in-app SMS consent, and tapping Send code, you consent to receive transactional SMS for account authentication.

Program name: Shelfie verification (Stelmar Labs).
Message types: one-time verification codes only. No marketing or recurring alerts.
Frequency: varies. Messages are sent only when you request a verification code in the app.
Rates: message and data rates may apply.
Help: reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or email support@stelmarlabs.com.
Opt-out: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or equivalent keywords to cancel verification SMS from our sender number. Reply START to resubscribe.
Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, listings, and other content you create. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to operate the service (for example, sending images to an AI provider to draft a listing, or storing synced listing data on our servers when you are signed in).

Third-party marketplaces

The service may help you prepare content for marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook, Mercari, and OfferUp. You publish listings yourself on those platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or actions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated titles, descriptions, and price suggestions are starting points only. You are responsible for reviewing listings before posting or selling.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelmar Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or unsold inventory.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
