Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shelfie and related online services operated by Stelmar Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Shelfie — Snap it. List it. Sell it. From shelf to sale. The app helps you photograph items, generate listing drafts with AI, manage inventory, and copy content to third-party marketplaces. The service is provided for personal resale workflows. Features may change during beta.

SMS messaging program

Shelfie may send one-time SMS verification codes when you sign in with your mobile phone number. By entering your number and tapping Send code, you consent to receive transactional SMS for account authentication.

Accounts and sign-in

You may sign in with a mobile phone number. When you request a verification code, we send a one-time SMS to that number. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and phone number secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, listings, and other content you create. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to operate the service (for example, sending images to an AI provider to draft a listing, or storing synced listing data on our servers when you are signed in).

Third-party marketplaces

The service may help you prepare content for marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook, Mercari, and OfferUp. You publish listings yourself on those platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or actions.

Acceptable use

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated titles, descriptions, and price suggestions are starting points only. You are responsible for reviewing listings before posting or selling.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stelmar Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or unsold inventory.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
